RoboMarkets Asia Ltd has a brokerage license of the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) No. MB/19/0034.

The Labuan FSA (Financial Services Authority) is a Labuan (Malaysian) financial regulator established on February 15th, 1996 in accordance with the Labuan Financial Services Authority Act 1996. The Labuan FSA is responsible for functioning and managing the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).

The major goal of the Labuan FSA is licensing and regulation of activities of the companies that operate under the Labuan IBFC, as well as monitoring these organizations’ compliance with internal and international standards passed by the jurisdiction.

In addition to that, the regulator is a member of different international organizations, such as Asia/Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG) and the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
